A ticket is always sent to the provided email address after the purchase transaction; the payment confirmation is not valid as an entry ticket to events.
The ticket agent does not redeem tickets purchased online or from sales points under any circumstances.

The fastest way to resolve questions about tickets is to contact us via email:
add the five-digit reference number of the tickets and buyer information to the email.
Changes have been noticed in phone software updates made by different phone manufacturers,
which may cause the phone to read the QR code when taking a picture of the ticket.
Please note that you do not accidentally read the ticket by taking a picture of it.
You can change the settings for reading the QR code in the phone settings.

BUSINESS SALES – Phone service
Business sales are available on a case-by-case basis; the availability of the service can be confirmed on the event page!
The service is intended for companies and organizations with a VAT number

Below is a description of the progress of the service:
-Requires a VAT number, credit information is checked during the purchase
-Events can be found on the service under the name of the event
-Choose ticket types and quantities
-Create an invoice based on the selected tickets and send it to the customer immediately
-Tickets are sent upon payment of the invoice (payment term 7 days net)
To ensure smooth service , we ask you to consider the following before calling the service:
-VAT number
-Billing address (preferably email)
-Name of the event and ticket types to be purchased
Delivery costs for companies:
Tickets are delivered to the customer upon payment of the invoice.
If the invoice is not paid by the due date, the tickets will be returned to the sale.
